Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the "Personal Data Protection Code," hereinafter "Consolidated Law") and in relation to the personal data that Della Rosa will acquire, we inform you of the following:

Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 3 will make it impossible to perform the activities referred to in point 1.

Personal data may be accessed by data processors and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to external collaborators, entities operating in the judicial sector, opposing parties and their counsel, arbitration boards, and, in general, to all those to whom communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1.

6. Dissemination of data: Personal data is not subject to dissemination.

7. Transfer of data abroad
Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.

8. Rights of the data subject:
Article 7 of the Consolidated Law on Data Protection grants the data subject the right to exercise specific rights, including the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists and to have such data made available in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to be informed of the source of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the data controller and the parties to whom the data may be disclosed. The data subject also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, and integration of the data, as well as the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. The data controller has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data.
