ITEM 1. SHIPPING OR PICKUP

As soon as you have paid for the item, we will ship the purchased items to the address you provided or listed in your account. In some situations, you may or may not be able to pick up the item.

If the issue is still not resolved after an investigation by the shipping company, we will make a decision on the appropriate course of action. This solution may include canceling the purchase and issuing a refund.

ARTICLE 2. RECEIVING YOUR ITEM

Once your purchase arrives, take the time to carefully examine it.

● Start by examining your item.

When you receive the item, you can examine it to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. The assessment process should be similar to that of an item in a physical store.

● Handle with care.

Most specialty items sold on our online store are delicate. When unpacking or inspecting the item, be sure to handle it with care.

The same applies to any special packaging the item may arrive in. If you wish to return the purchase and the item is damaged in a way that reduces its value, you will be responsible for any damage.

This does not include pre-existing damage or damage incurred during shipping.

Contact us within 3 days

If you have any concerns or the item is not as described on the item page, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

After 3 days, we will still try to resolve the issue, but we may not be able to offer you a refund.

If the 3-day period has expired, please still contact us.

Reviewing Claims

If the item does not match the description, it is important that you provide us with detailed information so we can promptly review your claim.

Finding a Solution

If, upon inspection, it is determined that the item does not match the description, you may be entitled to a number of remedies. Depending on the circumstances, these remedies may include repair, replacement, a reduction in the purchase price, or, as a last resort, cancellation of the sale.

ARTICLE 3. RETURNING AN ITEM

If you have concerns about an item and are not satisfied with the solution we provide, in some cases you may cancel the purchase and return the item. You will then be refunded the purchase price and, in most cases, shipping costs.

● Item Not as Described

If an item does not match its description, we will attempt to provide a reasonable time to repair or replace the item or provide another solution. In most cases, you may cancel the purchase and return the item.

Once the item is returned safely and in the same condition in which you received it, we will refund the purchase price.

● Return Shipping

In most cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. It is also your responsibility to ensure the item is adequately insured for return shipping or to cover the costs of loss or damage if you choose not to insure it.

We recommend packaging the item carefully to avoid damage and, where possible, using the packaging in which the item was delivered. We also encourage you to carefully check any specific shipping requirements that apply to your item.
